Power Cable Extrusion Production Line

Application:

This line is suitable for power cable for insulating and sheathing materials of PVC PE XLPE LSOH.

Feture:

Barrel and srew adopt excellent alloy with nitrogen treatment, features with wear-proof, anti-corrosion and long servicelife. The line adopts new type extruding screw for ensuring excellent plasticization, thus the extrusion quantity has been improved efficiently.

The line owns the specialized heating and cooling system, the janpan high-precision tem- perature controller is adopted toensure stable and reliable temperature control in the produci- ton process.
